Her education includes a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Clair and a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University, Bloomington Minnesota. She has also received extensive acupuncture training in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Tainjin University, China.
Chiou Farn Huang is a 3rd generation practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Growing up in Taiwan, she has followed in the footsteps of both her father and grandfather. From an early age, Chiou Farn Huang was influenced by her father’s practice in herbal medicine.
She is interested in treating stress-related health problems, women’s health issues, pain management, and cosmetic facial acupuncture. Chiou Farn Huang is certified in constitutional facial renewal acupuncture. Other interests in her medical practice include preventative health management through herbal medicine and food therapy.
