I am trained as a primary care naturopathic physician. I emphasize the body's innate healing ability by giving it the tools it needs to treat itself. I believe prevention is key to wellness. This includes a healthy diet and lifestyle, stress reduction, good sleep and healthy relationships. Although I can (and will if need be) prescribe pharmaceutical drugs, I first like to try more natural therapies, including herbal medicine, homeopathic medicine, physical medicine (massage, adjustments, craniosacral therapy), nutrition and counseling. I offer vaccinations in the office, and am happy to discuss alternative vaccine schedules.
I focus on preconception preparation, natural childbirth, lactation issues, family medicine/ pediatrics/women's health, craniosacral therapy, acute and chronic disease, nutrition and botanical medicine.
I aim to teach my clients the best way to take care of themselves. I love to share my knowledge of the human body.
Bio
I am passionate about traveling (I have been to Canada, Mexico, England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Spain, Italy, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, France, New Zealand, India, Vanuatu), hiking, yoga, healthy cooking and gardening.

I am a graduate of Bastyr University with degrees in naturopathic medicine and midwifery. I also completed an overseas midwifery internship on the island nation of Vanuatu.
