Thrive Acupuncture is a full-service holistic healthcare office rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Drawing from my diverse background, I use a variety of healing modalities including acupuncture, herbal formulas, nutritional counseling, bodywork, yoga, and other therapeutic techniques to bring your body into balance and restore you to your optimal state of health. At Thrive Acupuncture, the emphasis is on the individual, with focus on creating lasting change from the inside out. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all health care, nor do I believe that what works one day will work the next. My goal as a practitioner is to give you the most comprehensive care possible, working within the realistic parameters of your lifestyle and my abilities.

Common conditions I treat include, but are not limited to: musculoskeletal and joint pain, headaches, depression, anxiety, allergies, insomnia, fibromyalgia, reproductive/fertility challenges, gynecological conditions, stress, skin conditions, respiratory issues, poor digestion, post-operative healing, and cancer treatment support.
I am a licensed acupuncturist in the state of New York, a certified diplomate with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and hold a Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City. My training includes acupuncture, herbal medicine, Chinese face reading, tuina (therapeutic body work), Eastern nutrition, and various other complimentary healing modalities. I have undergone two separate trainings for sexual assault and violence intervention counseling. I am also a 500-hour certified, registered yoga teacher. I am also certified in Chinese Face Reading. Using traditional Chinese medicine as the foundation, I draw from my multi-disciplinary background to address the specific needs of each patient and provide a holistic and comprehensive treatment plan focusing on long-term health goals.
