Yinghua Li uses a multidisciplinary method to pinpoint the cause of your health issues while providing the highest quality of care possible. We are proud to offer our patients the following services:

Holistic Care
Holistic care involves treating the whole person - body, mind, spirit, and emotions to achieve optimum health and well-being. This involves bringing a balance and harmony to life. Holistic medicine is effective since all parts of the body are interdependent on each other. If an imbalance occurs in one part of the body, this will affect all the other parts of the body as well. A holistic approach restores balance to the body.

Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine uses plants found in nature to achieve healing. Herbs are often effective in treating health problems because they do not cause the side effects that traditional medications can cause. Throughout the world, many different cultures have used herbal medicine to help bodily function and to treat illness. Chinese herbs are probably the most renowned in the west for their effects on skin disease, gynecology, digestive, respiratory conditions, allergies, disorders of the immune system, and pain.

Alternative Pain Management
Acupuncture has been used throughout history as an effective way to manage chronic pain. Most pain responds well to acupuncture regardless of the duration and level of pain. Patients who suffer from chronic pain are typically dependent on medications that can damage other organs or cause unwanted side effects. Often, those who take medication on a regular basis build up a tolerance and a higher dosage may be required over time. By managing pain by means of acupuncture, a patient often finds that the medication dosage can be reduced and sometimes is no longer needed.

Acupuncture promotes your body's immune system to help healing abilities, which is why it is effective in a wide variety of conditions. At the Natural Care Acupuncture & Holistic Medicine Clinic, we specialize in helping relieve pain, gynecology disorders, respiratory disorders, digestion disorders, allergies, and eye problems. In helping relieve pain, we can reduce pain within 10 seconds.

I have been one of Dr. Li's patients for several months, primarily for headaches and for neck and knee pain due to arthritis. Her treatment has greatly reduced the severity and frequency of the pain. She also treated me for an asthma flare-up and was quite effective. She listens carefully to what I tell her and asks appropriate questions to clarify. Her office is spotlessly clean. I never have to wait when I arrive for an appointment, and she offers appointments at convenient times for me. I recommend her highly.
